No Hassle Return and Exchange Polices:
A Happy Customer is our number one priority. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore if the watch is not not working or it is the wrong watch, we have a no hassle return policy.
Please inspect your Watch upon receipt to make sure you are happy with the purchase. Please keep the box and original packaging until you have decided that you’re completely satisfied with the product you received.
We allow a 14-day return and exchange. If you want to return and/or exchange an item please call customer service for Return Instructions and a RAN (Return Authorization Number) No Item will be accepted without a RAN. Please understand we can only accept returns and/or exchanges if the product is returned in new and unused condition in its original packaging. All products returned according to above policies will get a full refund for the total purchase price. You will receive credit with the same method of payment. Fees incurred from shipping and processing payments will not be returned . The Condition of all Returns will be checked prior to issuing credit. Please note credit card companies might take a few days until they post the credit.
All special order watches and limited edition watches are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
All watches sold outside of the US are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

If a watch is displayed as ‘in stock’ when the order is placed, but we no longer have the watch in stock due to another customer’s recent purchase, Time Imports will inform you of this fact and your credit card will not be charged until the watch is actually shipped.
