Time Imports cannot guarantee that the Cartier, IWC, Jaeger-Lecoultre, Lange & Sohne, Officine Panerai, Roger Dubuis, Piaget and Vacheron Constantin watches it sells are brand new. Such watches may have been worn or otherwise pre-owned and may be refurbished depending on the actual watch.
All watches on the website are identified as either ‘In Stock’ or ‘Not In Stock – May Be Available.’ Availability of watches is updated as often as possible, but watches identified as ‘in stock’ may have recently been sold to another customer and are not immediately available. If a watch is displayed as ‘in stock’ when the order is placed, but we no longer have the watch in stock due to another customer’s recent purchase, Time Imports will inform you of this fact and your credit card will not be charged until the watch is actually shipped. If you wish to purchase a watch identified as ‘Not In Stock – May Be Available,’ please contact us and we will try to accommodate your order. If the watch you wish to purchase is not displayed on the website, please contact us with the make and model number to determine whether it is in stock or available.

What is your Return Policy:
A Happy Customer is our number one priority. We want you to be satisfied with
your purchase, therefore if the watch is not working or it is the wrong watch, we have a no hassle return policy.
Please inspect your Watch upon receipt to make sure you are happy
with the purchase. Please keep the box and original packaging
until you have decided that you’re completely satisfied
with the product you received.
We allow a 14-day return and exchange. If you want to return
and/or exchange an item please call customer service for Return
Instructions and a RAN (Return Authorization Number) No Item will
be accepted without a RAN. Please understand we can only accept
returns and/or exchanges if the product is returned in new and
unused condition in its original packaging. All products returned
according to above policies will get a full refund for the total
purchase price. You will receive credit with the same method that
payment was made. Fees incurred from shipping and processing payments will not be returned . The Condition of all Returns will be checked
prior to issuing credit. Please note credit card companies might
take a few days until they post the credit. All products returned
according to above policies will get a full refund.
All special order watches and limited edition watches are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
All watches sold outside of the US are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Watches must be returned in the original unused condition, with all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact
having never been removed and all accessories, boxes and papers. Until you are positive you will be keeping the watch kindly refrain from wearing it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch for even a day and for the watch not be blemished or scratched. Please do not have the bracelet sized (links removed), or any straps cut.

What payment options are available?
We accept Paypal, Google Checkout and all major credit cards.
We also accept Money Orders, Personal Checks and Wire Transfer.
Credit card and Paypal payments will not be accepted on orders of $5,000 and above.
Credit cards are charged the day of shipment. Payments which are initiated by the customer, such as Paypal or Google Checkout, need to be prepaid.
To ensure our customers highest protection, all credit card addresses will be verified by their issuing banks, and packages will only be shipped to their credit card billing address. If an original authorization does not match the information which the credit card company has, we will have to re-authorize the credit card. Please provide us with the correct information at the time the order is placed. You will be contacted if the information does not match, and you will need to confirm your limit is high enough for another authorization. Verified addresses which are P.O. Boxes will be shipped by USPS Registered Mail.
