Time Imports Warranty

TimeImports.com guarantees all watches to be with box and papers, authentic with serial number intact. We also carry a small line of Pre-Owned watches.

TimeImports is not an authorized dealer of any of the brands we sell. We have decided not to be an authorized dealer so that we can you offer you greater discounts. All of all of our watches are genuine, authentic and come with box and papers. You will receive a warranty from TimeImports.com. We warranty the watches for the same time period of the manufacturers warranty. TimeImports is the sole warrantor of all brands sold on our website, the warranty will only be covered by TimeImports.

TimeImports generally offers a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise by watch description)

Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for the time period stated and excludes:

1. damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps
2. damage due to excessive wear & tear
3. damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse
4. the use of, or the consequence of using non-authorized batteries
5. All repairs must be handled only by TimeImports Any Watch opened or any intervention performed by any other source other than TimeImports will void all warranties.
6. Damage due to normal or excessive wear and aging of the watch and metal bracelet
7. Theft or loss
8. Any watch that has had the serial number or other features deliberately removed or altered

TimeImports will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period.

All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please call 1.888.575.4755 prior to returning any watch to receive a RAC. This RAC should be displayed on the label outside of the box or on a paper in the box. A watch returned without an RAC will be send back to customer.

Once TimeImports.com receives the watch we will inspect the watch to make sure it meets above guidelines. Customer will be notified the approximate time it will take TimeImports to repair the watch.

TimeImports has experienced Watch technicians and repairmen that have been repairing high end watches for many years. Rest assured that your watch will be repaired with the greatest detail and.......

Customer must cover the Shipping & insurance costs for warranty returns. Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (Do not ship via FedEx, FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500). Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.

Repair Return Address:

Because Time Imports is not an authorized dealer for the products it offers, wherever a manufacturer’s warranty is conditioned on purchase from an authorized dealer, the manufacturer’s warranty is not valid and will not be honored by the manufacturer.  The following manufacturers will not honor warranties on watches sold by Time Imports:  CARTIER, IWC, JAEGER-LECOULTRE, LANGE & SOHNE, OFFICINE PANERAI, ROGER DUBUIS, and VACHERON CONSTANTIN, LANGE & SÖHNE and PIAGET.

Extended Warranty Offered Exclusively by TimeImports.

TimeIMports offers extended Warranties. We have full trust in the high end brands we carry and in our experiences watch technician that we offer extended warranty for up to five years. We charge a minimal price of 3% percent of the purchase price per year. i.e. $10,000 watch add $300 per additional year.
